Thanks to the “excellent” 2017 vintage (Wine Enthusiast), the estate’s Pinot Blanc (a rare white sister of Pinots Noir and Grigio) thrived. One taste, and Clare knew she had to secure every last drop for you. She worked out an exclusive, friends-only deal with the estate and convinced them to name the wine Crab & Sole in honor of its seafood-ready character.
