Hand Selected McLaren Vale Cabernet

With this gorgeous wine, you'll find layers of ripe currant fruit and dark chocolate, baking spice notes (courtesy of the oak aging), very smooth tannins and a lovely, well-integrated finish. Already drinking deliciously, it should cellar well for another few years – though you probably won't be able to hold out that long once you've tasted it.
