This is a classic Châteauneuf blend of hand-harvested Garnacha (70%) and Syrah (15%) – its Spanish accent comes from splashes of local Tempranillo (10%) and Mazuelo (5%). Look for waves of dark berry and black cherry aromas, plus inviting rosemary and thyme notes. The palate is velvety smooth, with more ripe dark fruits.
