The Wine Cellar Group Return Policy Overview
At The Wine Cellar Group, we stand behind our products and always do our best to take care of our customers. Our goal is to ensure that all customers are satisfied with the quality and taste of their wines. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will happily exchange your wine for a bottle of the same value within 30 days of purchase accompanied by the receipt, a valid ID (21+) and the re-corked bottle. We cannot take back empty bottles for an exchange or refund.
How to Exchange an Item:
Simply bring the re-corked bottle back to a Wine Cellar Group store location within 30 days of your purchase along with the receipt and a valid ID (21+). To view a list of our store locations, click here. A Cellar Associate will assist you with your return and is happy to make recommendations for a replacement bottle. If you are returning an accessory, please bring the product back in its original packaging.

How to Re-Cork A Bottle for Return:
Leave the wine in the bottle you wish to return and place the cork back into it. As a reminder, we cannot take back empty bottles for an exchange or refund.
How to Get Refunded:
If you would like to request a full refund, please bring your original form of payment into the store along with the corked bottle, receipt, and a valid ID (21+). All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to process on your credit card.
What If My Wine Is Corked?
If you suspect that a bottle is bad, leave the wine in the bottle and place the cork back into the bottle. Bring the bottle back to the location in which you purchased it from along with the receipt and a valid ID (21+).
What If I Don’t Have the Receipt?
Your receipt will help us locate your purchase faster. However, if you don’t have a receipt, we should be able to locate the previous purchase in other ways. We may ask for additional information so we can assist you further with your request.

Sorry, gift cards cannot be returned.
What If I Made a Purchase Online?
