Questions About Our Wine Stores & Shopping Experiences

How many Wine Cellar locations are there?

We now have 13 locations across the country. We are growing quickly and opening new stores in Ohio, New Jersey, Florida, and Illinois soon. Find a Wine Cellar store near you!

Do you offer in-store wine sampling?

Yes, we usually have daily  in-store wine sampling at all locations. However, due to COVID-19 health and safety concerns we are temporarily pausing in-store sampling. In the meantime, our expert staff is always happy to help you explore new wines and answer any questions!

Do you offer events in your wine stores?

Yes, we do host sampling events in our stores. At this time, we are pausing all in-store events due to COVID-19.

Are your stores open on holidays?

We are open on most holidays! For specific holiday hours, please check your local store hours online in advance of your visit.

Do you have coupons or discounts available?

We offer everyday discounts of 15% off 6 Cellar Collection Bottles, 35% off 12 Cellar Collection Bottles, and 45% off 24 Cellar Collection bottles or more online. We also frequently offer special deals and discounts for in-store and online purchases.

Can I place an order in advance for in-store or curbside pickup?

Yes, we offer in-store and curbside pickup at all locations! You can place your order online or call your nearest store to place an order over the phone. Your wine will be packed and ready for you to pick up in three hours or less during store hours. Most orders placed before 5 PM local time are ready in 3 hours or less.

Do you offer wine delivery?

Yes, we offer delivery for online orders. Please see our Shipping section below for more details!

Questions About Our Wine Selection & Cellar Collection

What types of wine do you sell?

Our wine selection includes many varieties of red, white, sparkling, and rosé wines. We source wines from family-run vineyards all over the world to provide a wide selection of domestic and imported bottles! In addition to our Cellar Collection boutique-style wines, you’ll also find familiar favorite labels in select locations (such as Cakebread, Decoy, and more). 

Do you sell other liquor, like spirits or beer?

Yes, in addition to wine, some of our stores do offer a selection of other liquor and beer. Our Denver, CO store carries a great selection of craft beer, our Oak Brook, IL store offers an assortment of local craft spirits, and our Walpole, MA store carries beer.    

What is the Cellar Collection?

Our Cellar Collection is a rotating selection of handcrafted, boutique style wines that we source from small family-run wineries and offer to our customers at great value prices. Many of these wines are exclusive to the Wine Cellar, so you won’t find them anywhere else! Learn more about our Cellar Collection.

Do you sell accessories like corkscrews, wine glasses, or gifts?

Yes, we stock many wine accessories including corkscrews, coasters, cooler sleeves, wine glasses, tote bags, and much more. These make great gifts for wine lovers!

Do you sell gift cards?

Gift cards are available for purchase in our stores. If you are looking for an electronic gift certificate or would like us to mail a physical gift card, please call your local Wine Cellar store.

Questions About Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship wine?

We ship wine within or to the following states:  AK, CA, CT, DC, FL, HI, ID, IL, LA, MA, MI, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, VA, WA, WI, WV, WY.

We ship accessories to all 50 U.S. states.

Can I ship a gift?

Yes!  Please note in the customer comments that this is a gift and if you would like a personalized note included.  Please note that if the gift includes wine, the recipient must be 21 years of age or older, and will need to show ID and sign for the delivery.

Can you ship an order to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, we are unable to split an order across multiple addresses. Please place an individual order for each shipping address.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship all orders within 2-3 days. Depending on your location, transit time can range from 1-4 days after your order ships.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

At this time, we do not offer same-day delivery. All orders are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery, which does not deliver same-day orders. 

If you are able to visit a Wine Cellar store location, we do offer same-day order pickup with in-store and curbside pickup options. To place an order for same-day pickup, just select “Pickup In-Store” during checkout in our online store.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We do not currently offer expedited shipping options. Orders received before 10:00 AM (CST) typically ship the same day and deliver within 1-2 days.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your FedEx shipping label is created. You can track your order online at FedEx.com.

How does delivery work, and do I need to be home to receive my order?

Your shipment will arrive with FedEx Home Delivery. At the time of delivery, you will be asked to show ID to ensure you are 21 or older and you will be required to sign for the shipment. If you are not home for the first delivery attempt, FedEx Home Delivery will attempt delivery two more times before returning your order to the store. If you wish to pick your order up from the FedEx terminal, you are able to make arrangements with them by calling 1-800-GoFedEx.

Do you accept product submissions from wholesalers?

Yes. If you have a unique product that you feel would be a good fit with our selection, please email us at wholesale@winecellargroup.com with your portfolio and information about your product.

What is The Wine Cellar Group doing to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus (COVID-19)?

The health and safety of our community, employees, and customers is our first priority. In addition to thoroughly disinfecting all locations, we practice rigorous daily sanitation and safety protocols, including wearing masks and social distancing in our stores.
