Wine Cocktails For Summer Brunch
Temperatures are rising, seasons are changing, and that means it’s time to break out our summer wine cocktails. We love creating new drink recipes for you to enjoy, so we’ve put together a list of our favorite wine cocktails for summer, as well as some fabulous brunch food and wine pairings. Give these cocktails a try, snap a picture, and let us know what you think!
Mint Peach Rosé Spritzer
Nothing says summer like a classic wine spritzer. This version features peaches and fresh mint, muddled together and mixed with a crisp Rosé and Sparkling wine. This drink is best enjoyed the next day, so plan accordingly to allow enough time for the flavors to mix. If you’re using a sweeter Rosé, you may not need to add all of the sugar. Adjust to your taste preference!
Ingredients
- 1 bottle Rosé wine
- 1 bottle Sparkling wine
- 4 whole sprigs of mint, plus leaves for garnish (if desired)
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 large peaches, pitted and thinly sliced
Directions
In a large pitcher, muddle sugar and mint until fragrant. Add the sliced peaches and Rosé wine; stir, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. When it’s time to serve, slowly add the sparkling wine and garnish with mint leaves.

Mango White Wine Slushie
Who doesn’t love a refreshing, cold, fruit-filled slushie in the hot summer months? It’s even better when blended with wine! We suggest using an acidic Sauvignon Blanc, the acid balances out the sweetness of the mango.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Sauvignon Blanc
- 2 cups frozen mango cubes (found in frozen fruit section of your grocery store)
- 1 cup ice
- Sugar or sweetener (if desired)
Directions
Combine ice and mango in a blender and pulse a few times. Add the wine, and blend until smooth. If the mangos are not sweet enough for your liking, add 1 teaspoon of sweetener at a time until your preference is reached. Serve immediately!

- 2 ounces tequila
- ½ ounce fresh squeezed lime juice

- Blackberries and lime wedges for garnish
Directions
Fill a shaker with ice, then add the wine, tequila, and lime juice. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Finish with ginger beer and stir gently. Garnish with blackberries and a wedge of lime.
