Wine Bottles With Wine Cocktails In The Foreground

Mint Peach Rosé Spritzer (Adapted from Will Cook For Smiles)

Mint Peach Rose Spritzer

Peaches and fresh mint pair perfectly, especially when muddled together and mixed with a crisp Rosé and Sparkling wine! This drink is best enjoyed the next day, so plan accordingly to allow enough time for the flavors to mix. If you’re using a sweeter Rosé, you may not need all of the sugar. Adjust to your taste preference!

  • 1 bottle Rosé wine
  • 1 bottle Sparkling wine
  • 4 whole sprigs of mint, plus leaves for garnish (if desired)
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 4 large peaches, pitted and thinly sliced

In a large pitcher, muddle sugar and mint until fragrant. Add the sliced peaches and Rosé wine; stir, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. When it’s time to serve, slowly add the Sparkling wine and garnish with mint leaves.

Mango White Wine Slushie (Adapted from Ruchi’s Kitchen)

Mango Slush

Who doesn’t love a nice, cold, fruit-filled slushie? It’s even better when blended with wine! We suggest using an acidic Sauvignon Blanc, the acid balances out the sweetness of the mango.

  • 1 cup Sauvignon Blanc
  • 2 cups frozen mango cubes – [found in frozen fruit section of your grocery store]
  • 1 cup ice
  • Sugar or sweetener (if desired)

Combine ice and mango in a blender and pulse a few times. Add the wine, and blend until smooth. If the mangos are not sweet enough for your liking, add 1 teaspoon of sweetener at a time until your preference is reached. Serve immediately!

Sangria Mexican Mule (Adapted from Tidy Mom)

Red Wine Mexican Mule

Moscow Mules are a crowd favorite, especially in the summer. There’s just something about ginger beer and fresh lime juice that just makes you say, ‘Ahhhhh’ when you take a sip. We put our own spin on the classic!

  • 1 ounce red wine (We suggest a Pinot Noir or Red Blend)
  • 2 ounces tequila
  • ½ ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 4 ounces ginger beer
  • Blackberries and lime wedges for garnish

Fill a shaker with ice, then add the wine, tequila, and lime juice. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Finish with ginger beer and stir gently. Garnish with blackberries and a wedge of lime.
