Fluette Gamay
If you love the poppy and approachable berry flavors of Beaujolais Nouveau, Fluette should be at the top of your to-try list. It's made from the same variety—Gamay—but grown a bit farther south, where grapes are farmed for a little more punch. It offers aromas and flavors of raspberry, red cherry, plum and blackberry held together by pliable tannins. Serve slightly chilled.
