Apple Cranberry Mimosa Recipe
A glass full of cheer! When it comes to brunch cocktails, mimosas are a classic. We’re swapping the OJ for cranberry apple juice and putting a refreshing twist on the traditional mimosa recipe. The tartness of the cranberry apple juice pairs perfectly with sparkling wine. Festive bubbles make this drink one of our new favorite holiday cocktails!
- 1 Bottle Sparkling Wine (or Prosecco)
- 3 Cups of Cranberry Apple Juice
- Fresh Cranberries for garnishing
In a pitcher, add the cranberry apple juice and top with sparkling wine. The subtle bubbles in the sparkling wine help to cut the tartness from the cranberry apple juice.
Pour into chilled mimosa glasses and garnish with a couple of fresh cranberries. Enjoy!
Mimosa Serving Tip
Chilled glassware allows the mimosas to stay cool longer. It also adds a frosted look to the glass, which is great for presentation.
For this recipe, we used Pol Clement Blanc de Blancs Brut, a sparkling wine from our Cellar Collection.
Tasting notes: this handcrafted sparkling wine from France has fruity aromas and hints of apple and citrus notes on the palate. Call your local wine store for availability and recommendations on alternative options. Our suggested alternatives to try are: Antica Terra Millesimato Sparkling or Tarvisium Prosecco.
