I thought the wine selection was excellent and a very good value. I was initially disappointed when I got home and checked the wines, only to find that there were three bottles of Premium wines instead of the four that had been advertised.

However, after contacting the store, they immediately apologized for the oversight and asked me to return so they could correct the mistake. To my surprise, the missing Premium bottle was replaced with one from their Ultimate Selection, which I truly appreciated.

Every company — and every person — makes mistakes from time to time. What separates first-class businesses is how they respond and make things right. That’s exactly what The Wine Cellar at Rye Ridge did.
