This is his flagship release, crafted from three of Bordeaux’s stars: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc. His vines all perch atop clay, limestone, and gravel soils, which favor all three of these prized grapes. Brimming with classic dark fruit and earthy spice notes, it’s guaranteed to impress on your dinner table. To really open up its aromas and flavors, we recommend you pour it into a decanter (or pretty pitcher) 15-30 minutes before serving.
