Edenvale Sparkling Cuvée

Edenvale is Australia’s leading producer of no-alcohol wines. And their Sparkling Cuvée has wowed us—and the critics. It won a silver medal at France’s Best Wine Awards and was named ‘Australia’s best non-alcoholic sparkling wine'. So, how’s it made? The Edenvale team starts with a regular alcoholic wine. Then, they put the wine through a custom spinning cone column, which extracts the alcohol without dulling the wine’s natural flavors. Look forward to crisp apple and citrus notes, accompanied by an effervescent stream of bubbles and a deliciously low calorie count (only 61 per serving!).
