Il Poeta Gavi

As you’ll taste, they captured everything that’s beautiful about Gavi here—delicate white blossom aromas, crisp citrus characters, and ripe, orchard-fruit flavors. Balanced and refreshing, with a long, mineral-driven finish, Il Poeta will make a mouthwatering aperitif or delicious partner for seafood, poultry dishes, and more.

Aluado Alicante Bouschet

This is such a refreshing Cava. Of course it’s more of a summer drink; and I love that. It is however also perfect for a brunch or early Happy Hour.
I am so glad to have found The Wine Cellar here in NJ.
