Orange wine is pure sunshine in a glass—You’re in for lively orange peel and apricot aromas. The palate is dry and vibrant, with ripe stone fruit, honey and delicate spice flavors. So, how come it’s orange? Franz fermented the wine on its skins for 18 days, allowing their color to seep into the juice. This gave the wine a beautiful golden hue with a lovely orange tinge, plus a subtly creamy texture.
