The ripest grapes from seaside vineyards along the Península de Setúbal, located near the harbor of Port Côvo. Aragonês (aka, Tempranillo in neighboring Spain) imparts spicy red-fruit notes, while Syrah adds berry flavors and Cabernet Sauvignon gives a deep color and rich black-fruit characters.
