Profondita Cabernet Sauvignon
The family crafted Profondita in the traditional ripasso style, a technique most commonly used in Amarone country, where the wine is ‘re-passed’ over dried grape skins. This process imparted beautifully dark color, seriously concentrated flavors, and a velvety-smooth texture to the Cabernet. The resulting wine shows all the richness (and then some) of California’s exceptional 2016 vintage, and will be delicious with juicy steak, meaty pasta, or enjoyed all on its own.
