Made from ancient, low-yielding Nero d’Avola vines, it delivers exceptional flavor concentration. A portion of the wine was aged in oak barrels for 12 months. The result? A richly warming red with layers upon layers of plum and sour cherry, delicate hints of strawberry and blackberry, and subtle notes of sweet spice. Its deeply intense flavors are balanced beautifully by the elegance and roundness of oak aging.
