This new release is crafted with grapes from the sunny Mâcon in southern Burgundy, lending lightly honeyed fruit flavors and a bright minerality, with lees aging for an extra layer of complexity. A dry, well-balanced white wine, with creamy, honeyed peach and nectarine flavors and bright minerality. Rounded and well balanced, it’s one to serve in wide-bowled glasses with white meat dishes (like creamy chicken pie or pork casserole) or pan-fried salmon.
