Mystic Mango Kombucha Mimosa Recipe
If you love mimosas, mangos, kombucha and brunch, you’re going to enjoy this healthy twist on the classic mimosa drink. This probiotic-packed cocktail is a brunch favorite. We partnered with GT’s Kombucha to bring you a satisfyingly sweet recipe that takes less than 5 minutes to make.

For this recipe, we combined a small-batch Sparkling Wine from our Cellar Collection with GT’s Mystic Mango Kombucha. The result is a light, fizzy, delicious drink that is easy to sip on. If you have not tried kombucha before, we highly recommend that you start with this Mystic Mango Mimosa cocktail!
Recipe makes about 6 glasses.
Ingredients:
- 1 Bottle Sparkling Wine or Prosecco
- 1 Bottle GT’s Mystic Mango Kombucha
- Fresh or Frozen Mango Slices
Instructions:
In a chilled flute, add 3 oz of GT’s Mystic Mango Kombucha.
Next, top your glass with Sparkling Wine or Prosecco. Be sure to leave some room for your mango slices!
Complete your brunch cocktail by adding in a few mango slices and finish by stirring well. This delightful drink recipe is simple to make!
